Following a personal consultation our bespoke service packages are individually tailored to you and your property’s needs so you can be sure that your home in Spain will be just as you like it each and every time you arrive. We ensure that the property remains in perfect condition whilst you are away by carrying out regular inspections at pre-agreed intervals and for peace of mind we will send a report detailing our findings after each visit, even if there’s nothing to report.
Having a local key holder ensures that there is always someone on hand in the event of an emergency, to carry out routine maintenance, improvements or should you have guests arriving you would like to be personally greeted.
Our standard service package includes a monthly inspection of your property however, we understand that each client has different needs and are happy to arrange more frequent inspections if you require. Our inspections ensure that any issues can be dealt with before they escalate.
After each inspection you will receive a report detailing our findings even if there’s nothing to report along with photographs if necessary, so that you always remain up to date with your property’s condition. Should any remedial works be necessary we can arrange for them to commence using our network of local specialists.
We will inspect the locks of all doors and windows at each visit to ensure your property is safe and secure.
As a matter of course at each inspection we will ventilate all rooms so that whenever you arrive your property always smells clean and fresh.
We will check your drains, pipes and sanitary ware in order to ensure that they are free from leaks and take the appropriate action should it be required thereby preventing the potential for further damage and expense.
We will check electrical appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioning and lighting to ensure that your property is comfortable upon your arrival.
At each inspection we will empty your mailbox and if required arrange for it to be forwarded to an alternative address as per your instructions (subject to an additional cost).
